  • enhance the quality of life for the people who live and work in Slough.

This plan outlines the activities undertaken by our environmental health and community warden staff which includes:

  • to tackle eye sores in Slough: fly tipping, littering and dog fouling
  • noisy neighbours
  • directed community warden patrols
  • pest control
  • stray dogs.

Footnote regarding one particular problem

Dog fouling

Anyone that does not clear up after their dog can be served with an on-the-spot fixed penalty notice of £75 or prosecuted and fined up to £2500. To report a problem with dog fouling contact the council on 01753 875255.
